During the persecution of Christians under Emperor Diocletian, Iuliu, a veteran soldier, refused to renounce his faith. He was subjected to brutal tortures, including being stretched on a rack and having his body lacerated. Yet, he remained steadfast in his belief, his faith unwavering. He was then beheaded for his refusal to deny Christ. May Saint Iuliu Veteranul, through his intercessions, guide us in our trials and strengthen our resolve to remain faithful to God! Pray for us!
