Martyr Theodosie of Brazi, a Romanian priest, faced martyrdom in 1683 during the Ottoman invasion of Transylvania. When soldiers demanded he abandon his faith and embrace Islam, he refused steadfastly. Defending his church and beliefs, he was brutally tortured and ultimately beheaded. His unwavering commitment made him a symbol of faith under duress.
