Martyr Isihie, a soldier during the reign of Emperor Maximian, openly confessed his faith when ordered to participate in pagan sacrifices. Despite severe torture, including being stoned and scraped with iron claws, he remained steadfast, proclaiming Christ as the true God. He was eventually beheaded in 309 AD in Dorostolum.

Let us pray to #Martyr Isihie, that through his intercessions we may be granted strength and courage to confess our faith, no matter the cost, and to stand firm in the truth of #Christ. #Saints #OrthodoxChristian #Prayer #Faith
