He is the promise made by the Father, fulfilled by the Son. The breath of God that hovered over the waters at creation, now breathes life into our souls. He is the fire that purifies, the dove that brings peace, the wind that carries the Gospel to the ends of the earth. He empowers the weak, comforts the afflicted, and guides us into all truth. Come, Holy Spirit, dwell in us and make us temples of Your grace. Fill our hearts with love, our minds with wisdom, and our wills with strength to serve You faithfully all the days of our lives.
