Imprisoned under Communist rule for his faith, Father Liviu Galaction, a Romanian Orthodox priest, faced relentless torture. His jailers demanded he renounce Christ. Instead, he offered them forgiveness and prayed for their salvation, even as he was being brutally beaten. His unwavering faith and refusal to compromise, even in the face of death, inspired fellow prisoners. He ultimately died a martyr, a testament to the power of Christ's love.
