He is the promise fulfilled, the breath of God poured out on Pentecost, igniting the apostles with fiery zeal. He empowers us, convicts us, guides us into truth, and unites us to Christ. He is the down payment of our inheritance, the guarantee of our salvation, the sanctifier of souls, transforming us into the likeness of God.

Come, Holy Spirit, dwell in us, cleanse us from all impurity, and perfect us in holiness.
