Pasicrates and Valentine, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in their #Christian #Faith when Emperor Maximian demanded they offer pagan sacrifices. Refusing to renounce Christ, they were subjected to cruel tortures. Miraculously healed by an angel, they were given one last chance to deny Christ. Again, they refused. Their unwavering devotion led to their beheading.
