Venerable Visarion suffered greatly for his faith, enduring imprisonment and torture for defending #Orthodoxy against heresy in the 1950s. He remained steadfast, offering comfort and spiritual guidance to fellow prisoners. Despite immense pressure, he never wavered in his commitment to Christ. He predicted his death. After his falling asleep in the Lord his incorrupt relics were found.
