Hieromartyr Evangelicus of Tomis, a beacon of faith in ancient Scythia. During Diocletian's persecution, he refused to sacrifice to idols. Enduring torture and imprisonment, his resolve never wavered. He converted many to Christianity, even in chains. He was beheaded for his unyielding devotion.
