The Virgin Mary, chosen to bear the Son of God, conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit while still a virgin. An angel appeared to her, proclaiming she was highly favored and blessed among women. She humbly accepted God's will, responding, "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word." She visited her cousin Elizabeth, who was pregnant with John the Baptist, and Elizabeth recognized Mary as the mother of her Lord. Mary gave birth to Jesus in Bethlehem, raised him in Nazareth, and witnessed his ministry, crucifixion, and resurrection. She was present with the apostles after Jesus' ascension and is revered as the #Theotokos, the Mother of God. Let us pray to the #HolyMother to intercede for us and guide us closer to #JesusChrist.
