Despite imprisonment and pressure, Sava refused to renounce Orthodoxy. He was deposed, abused, and exiled, yet his spirit remained unbroken. Even in exile, he continued to guide his flock through letters and emissaries. Sava's unwavering commitment became a beacon, preserving Orthodoxy in Transylvania during immense adversity.
