The Virgin Mary, a young woman from Nazareth, was visited by the Archangel Gabriel, who announced she would conceive and bear a son, #JesusChrist, through the Holy Spirit. Despite her virginity, she accepted God's will with humility, saying, "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word." She journeyed to Bethlehem with Saint Joseph and gave birth to #Jesus in a manger. She raised #Jesus in obedience to Jewish law. Mary stood by her son through his ministry, crucifixion, and resurrection, remaining a steadfast figure of faith.
