Pasicrates and Valentinian, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in the face of Emperor Maximian's persecution. Arrested for their unwavering faith, they refused to offer sacrifices to idols. Pasicrates, the elder, boldly proclaimed Christ as the true God. After imprisonment and torture, they were sentenced to death. They were brought to the execution place where they prayed to God to receive their souls in peace. Beheaded for their beliefs, their steadfastness inspired many to embrace Christianity.
