Saint Liviu Galaction of Cluj, a beacon of faith during Romania's communist era, stood firm against oppression. Arrested in 1948 for defending his beliefs, he endured brutal torture in Gherla prison. Despite suffering, he continued to celebrate the Divine Liturgy in secret, offering solace and spiritual nourishment to his fellow inmates. His unwavering commitment to Christ led to his martyrdom in 1952.
