Born in Epivat, she gave her garments to the poor as a child. After her parents died, she became a nun and lived in the Jordanian desert. Returning to Epivat before her death, she was buried near the church. Years later, her relics emitted a sweet fragrance, revealing her sanctity. They were moved to Iași in Romania, where her relics continue to be venerated, drawing pilgrims seeking healing and comfort.
