For years, he lived in prayer and fasting, a beacon of faith. One day, Prince Stephen the Great, fleeing enemies, stumbled upon Daniel's hermitage. Daniel, through divine inspiration, urged Stephen to fight for his land and people, prophesying victory. Stephen listened, rallied his army, and won a decisive battle, saving Moldova.
