In a small cell near the Jordan River, John Iacob lived a life of extreme asceticism. Once, a group of pilgrims visited him, seeking spiritual guidance and blessings. Despite having very little food, he insisted on sharing what he had: a handful of dry bread and some meager vegetables. Miraculously, as they ate, the food multiplied, feeding everyone present. John attributed this miracle to God's love and generosity, teaching the pilgrims about faith and charity.
