Confessor Sava Brancovici, Metropolitan of Ardeal, stood firm against Calvinist pressures in 17th-century Transylvania. Despite facing imprisonment and exile for defending #Orthodox faith and resisting forced conversions, he refused to compromise his beliefs. His unwavering commitment inspired many to remain steadfast in their #Tradition. He was eventually released, only to be deposed and later died, still holding to his convictions.
