On this day, we commemorate Martyrs Donat and Venust! In the 3rd century, during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, they were arrested for their unwavering faith. Refusing to renounce Christ, they endured brutal tortures. Miraculously, they remained unharmed, their faith only strengthened. Finally, they were beheaded.

Let us beseech these valiant martyrs to intercede for us, that we may stand firm in our beliefs amidst trials and tribulations!
