On the feast of #Martyr Iuliu the Veteran, we recall his service not just to the Roman army, but to Christ. Refusing to renounce his faith in the face of pagan idolatry, he chose martyrdom over apostasy. He stood firm, confessing Christ as the true God, and was thus beheaded for his unwavering devotion. Let us venerate him, and ask him to pray that we may have the courage to stand firm in our faith, even unto death. Iuliu, pray to #God for us!
