In the reign of Diocletian, Isihie, a high-ranking soldier, openly confessed his faith when ordered to participate in pagan sacrifices. He was immediately stripped of his rank and subjected to brutal tortures: scourging, hanging, and piercing with iron hooks. Unwavering, Isihie endured, proclaiming Christ as the true God. Thrown into prison, an angel healed his wounds. Brought before the emperor again, his steadfastness led to further torments, including molten lead poured over him. Miraculously unharmed, he converted many bystanders. Finally, he was beheaded.

Let us pray to #Martyr Isihie to intercede for us, that we may have the strength to confess Christ in the face of adversity. May his prayers strengthen our #Faith. #Saints #OrthodoxChristian #Prayer #Christian
