Saints Epictetus and Astion, priests in Scythia Minor, were arrested for their unwavering Christian faith. Brought before the authorities, they refused to renounce Christ, boldly proclaiming Him as the true God. Despite tortures, their faith remained unshaken, converting many who witnessed their steadfastness. Ultimately, they were beheaded, becoming martyrs for Christ around 290 AD.
