Martyrs Montanus, a priest, and Maxima, his wife, faced persecution during Emperor Diocletian's reign. Arrested for their unwavering #Faith, they refused to renounce #JesusChrist, enduring brutal tortures. Despite lashes and stonings, their resolve remained unshaken. Their steadfastness inspired many, leading some guards to convert. Ultimately, they were drowned at Singidunum (Belgrade) around 304 AD, sealing their martyrdom.
