In the 4th century, during the persecution of Christians by the Gothic King Athanaric, #Martyr Sava of Buzău fearlessly confessed his faith in Jesus Christ. Refusing to renounce his beliefs, Sava was brutally martyred by drowning in the Buzău River. His unwavering devotion and ultimate sacrifice serve as a timeless testament to #courage.
