Pasicrat and Valentin, Roman soldiers and brothers, witnessed the unwavering faith of St. Julius the Veteran. Moved by his steadfast belief, they confessed their own Christianity before the governor, refusing to deny Christ. Despite pleas from their relatives to renounce their faith and save their lives, they remained resolute. Tortured brutally, they endured with prayers on their lips until, by God’s grace, they were deemed worthy of the crown of martyrdom.
O Martyrs Pasicrat and Valentin, pray that we may have the courage to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of adversity.
