Saints Epictetus and Astion, priests of Scythia Minor, were arrested for spreading Christianity. Brought before the Roman authorities, they refused to renounce their faith, declaring Christ as the true God. Despite severe torture, their resolve remained unshaken, converting many onlookers. Ultimately, they were beheaded for their unwavering devotion.
