In the quiet monasteries of Romania, Calinic, then Constantine, shone as a beacon of knowledge and piety. As abbot of Cernica, he rebuilt the monastery after a devastating fire. His wisdom and care drew many, transforming Cernica into a flourishing spiritual center. Later, as Bishop of Râmnic, he continued his work, establishing schools and guiding his flock with love and dedication.
