Ilie Lăcătușu, a humble Orthodox priest, served in Bucharest. After his death in 1978, his body was exhumed for reburial and found incorrupt, emitting a sweet fragrance. Many miracles have since been attributed to his intercession, with people reporting healing and comfort after praying at his relics. He was canonized as a saint in 1998.
