Venerable Visarion, a Romanian monk, staunchly defended #Orthodox #faith against the Uniates. He endured imprisonment and torture for refusing to renounce Orthodoxy. Despite immense suffering, his spirit remained unbroken, and he continued to preach and strengthen believers. After being poisoned in prison he died, a testament to unwavering conviction.
