On this day, we remember Saint Priest Martyr Liviu Galaction of Cluj, a beacon of faith during dark times. Arrested in May 1960 for his unwavering belief and refusal to denounce his faith, he endured unimaginable suffering in communist prisons. Even when threatened, he never wavered from God. He died on June 2, 1961, due to the torture and inhumane conditions.

Let us pray to Saint Liviu Galaction, that his sacrifice inspires us to stand firm in our beliefs and that his prayers may grant us strength and courage.
