Martyrs Montanus and Maxima, under Emperor Diocletian, refused to renounce their #Christian faith. Montanus, an ordained priest, was joined by Maxima in his unwavering belief. They were brought before the governor, who tried to sway them with promises and threats, but their resolve remained unshaken. Despite torture, they professed Christ. They were thrown into the sea, achieving martyrdom circa 304-309 AD.
