Martyrs Donat and Venust, during the reign of Emperor Julian the Apostate, were arrested for their unwavering faith. Offered a choice between renouncing Christ or facing death, they chose Christ. They were tortured and ultimately beheaded. Their steadfast devotion inspired many to remain firm in their beliefs despite persecution. Let us pray to Donat and Venust, that their courage may inspire us to defend our faith against adversity.
