Claudius, Castor, Sempronian, and Nicostratus were skilled sculptors in Rome during Diocletian's reign. Initially crafting pagan idols, they were entrusted to create a statue of Asclepius. However, influenced by the Christian Carpophorus, they experienced a profound spiritual awakening. Refusing to carve the idol, they confessed their faith in Christ and destroyed the pagan images. Facing severe persecution, they remained steadfast, converting many by their unwavering faith and miracles. Ultimately, they were martyred for their devotion.

Lord, may their sacrifice inspire us to boldly proclaim your name and destroy the idols in our own lives.
