"In the town of Bethany, Lazarus fell gravely ill, and his sisters, Mary and Martha, sent word to #JesusChrist, whom they loved dearly. Though Jesus was far away, He knew of Lazarus's plight. He waited for two days before setting out, telling His disciples that Lazarus's death would be for God's glory. When Jesus arrived, Lazarus had been in the tomb for four days. Martha ran to meet Him, expressing her belief that Jesus could have prevented his death. Jesus assured her that Lazarus would rise again. At the tomb, Jesus commanded the stone to be removed and cried out, "Lazarus, come forth!" To everyone's astonishment, Lazarus emerged, still bound in his burial cloths.
