Pasicrates and Valentine, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in faith during the reign of Diocletian. Arrested for their unwavering belief in Christ, they refused to offer sacrifices to idols. Pasicrates, the elder, faced brutal tortures, yet remained steadfast. Valentine, seeing his brother's courage, openly confessed his faith. Both were subjected to further torments, beaten, and dragged through the streets. Finally, they were beheaded for their love of God.
