Martyr Dassie, a Roman soldier, refused to participate in the pagan festival of Saturnalia, declaring his devotion to Christ. Despite threats and temptations, he remained steadfast, choosing martyrdom over idolatry. On January 28, 304 AD, he was beheaded for his faith. His courage inspires us to stand firm in our beliefs.
