Born in Epivat, she dedicated her life to God early. After her parents' death, she gave away her possessions and became a nun. She journeyed to Constantinople, then to the Holy Land, seeking deeper spiritual fulfillment. An angel guided her back to her homeland, where she lived as an ascetic near Iași. Her relics, discovered incorrupt, are venerated for their healing power and are a source of pilgrimage and blessing.
