In Nazareth, the Archangel Gabriel appeared to #Mary, a virgin betrothed to Joseph. He announced that she would conceive a son, #Jesus, by the Holy Spirit. Despite her bewilderment, Mary humbly accepted, declaring herself the servant of the Lord. "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word." Through her faith and obedience, the Son of God entered the world.
