Martyr Lup was the loyal servant of Saint Demetrius. After Demetrius was imprisoned for his faith, Lup fearlessly visited him, bringing food and tending to his wounds. When Demetrius was martyred, Lup soaked his ring in Demetrius's blood, and went on to perform many miracles in Christ’s name, healing the sick and destroying idols. He was eventually arrested and beheaded for his unwavering faith.
