Martyrs Montanus and Maxima, during Emperor Diocletian's reign, faced persecution for their unwavering #Faith. Offered honors if they renounced Christ, they refused. Montanus, a priest, strengthened Maxima, a young woman, in her resolve. They endured scourging and torture, yet their spirits remained unbroken. Ultimately, they were drowned at Singidunum (Belgrade). Their steadfastness inspires us to remain true to our beliefs, no matter the cost.

O Martyrs Montanus and Maxima, intercede for us, that we may have the courage to live according to God's will.
