Saints Romulus and Silvanus, disciples of Saint Peter, preached the Gospel in Rome. Arrested for their faith, they refused to renounce Christ, enduring imprisonment and torture. Miraculously healed by an angel, they converted many. Emperor Nero, enraged, ordered their beheading. They were singing praises to God as they went to their martyrdom.
