In the late 3rd century, during Diocletian's persecutions, Martyrs Zotic, Atal, Camasis, and Filip were discovered near Niculițel in Scythia Minor (present-day Romania). Roman soldiers beheaded them for their Christian faith. Their relics, found in a martyrion, testified to their steadfast belief and sacrifice. These saints stood firm in their faith, choosing death over denying Christ.
