Isihie, a humble monk of the 14th century, lived a life devoted to prayer and the study of the Holy Scriptures. He was falsely accused of heresy, a trial that led him to be imprisoned. Despite the harsh conditions, he never lost his faith. He was eventually released after authorities realized the accusations were unfounded. He returned to his monastic life and continued his spiritual pursuits until his death. His life is a testament to the power of faith in the face of adversity.
