On this day, we remember #Saint Emilian of Durostorum, who, when brought before the authorities for smashing pagan idols, openly declared his #faith in Christ. He was sentenced to be burned alive, and as the flames rose, he gave up his soul to #God, unafraid of death.

O Holy Emilian, pray to God for us and guide us to stand firm in our beliefs, no matter the cost. May his courage inspire us to be bold in our witness to the truth of #JesusChrist.
