Arrested for their faith, they refused to sacrifice to idols, declaring Christ as the true God. Enduring brutal tortures—beatings, rack, and molten lead—they remained steadfast, their bodies miraculously healed each night. Astonished, many witnessed their resilience and converted. Finally, they were beheaded, their martyrdom a testament to unwavering faith. O Martyrs Epictetus and Astion, intercede for us, that we may stand firm in our belief and spread God’s love.
