Saint Priest Martyr Constantin Sârbu, a beacon of faith during Romania's dark communist era, refused to renounce his sacred vows. Arrested in 1958 for his unwavering belief, he endured brutal torture in the notorious Jilava prison. Despite immense suffering, he never abandoned his flock or denied Christ. He died a martyr in 1958.
