On June 1st, 1941, in Blejoi, #Romania, Priest Constantin Sârbu faced his martyrdom. Ordered to renounce his faith by communist executioners, he refused, choosing Christ over earthly life. He was brutally tortured, his beard ripped out, and ultimately shot. Even in agony, he prayed for his persecutors. His unwavering devotion serves as a beacon of faith, reminding us to stand firm in our beliefs, no matter the cost.
Let us pray to #Saint Constantin Sârbu, that through his intercession, we may find the strength to emulate his steadfastness and love for #God. #Orthodox #Martyr #Faithful
