🔥🙏Saint Sava of Buzău, a Goth, fearlessly confessed Christ in 372 AD despite persecution. Ordered to eat pagan sacrificial meat by King Athanaric, he refused, declaring his faith. For this, he endured torture and was drowned in the river Mousaios (present-day Buzău River). His steadfast devotion inspires us to stand firm in our beliefs. O Martyr Sava, intercede for us that we may have the courage to live our faith openly.
