Born in Moldavia, he became a monk on Mount Athos. Seeking greater solitude, he lived as a hermit. Known for his ascetic life, fervent prayer, and deep humility, he later founded a monastery in Romania. He reposed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of spiritual guidance and monastic example.
