Venerable John, the New of Prislop, was a 14th-century monk known for his ascetic life and unwavering #Faith. He served as a hermit in the mountains and was known for his acts of charity. During a time of unrest, he was unjustly accused and martyred by being beheaded. His relics are venerated at Prislop Monastery. Saint John, pray to God for us, and for the strength of our #Community.
